The following package is designed with someone in mind who wants it all included - a complete one-stop-shop, other than your care provider, bringing in anything I am not personally qualified for. This means that others have to be paid, too. Thus, the price on this particular package is currently non-negotiable. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

The Baby Planner Package

- 1 Complimentary "Initial Consultation" (40-70 Minutes: Getting to Know Eachother)

 

- Monthly Prenatal Sessions in the first trimester with discussion of / assistance locating:

  • options in pregnancy

  • prenatal vitamins

  • obstetricians & midwives

  • alternative therapies (outsourced)

  • healing arts (see page entitled "Healing Arts by Annastasia")

  • herbs & nutrition (outsourced)

  • (Resources Guide will be provided)

 

- Prenatal Sessions every two weeks in the second trimester (one a week may be done via video conferencing), with discussion of / assistance locating:

  • catching up on anything that was missed in the first trimester

  • emotions surrounding the pregnancy

  • Mental Health Recovery and Wellness Recovery Action Planning (continues through the third trimester and is available to turn to at any point as needed - a wellness road map so to speak)

  • past trauma healing (if applicable - and may sometimes be outsourced)

  • safe and recommended exercise during pregnancy

  • working together with your partner(s) (where applicable)

  • practicing mindfulness

  • gathering supplies for birth & beyond (including maternity clothing)

 

- Weekly Prenatal Sessions in the third trimester (some of the later ones may be done in the client's home if it is within a reasonable distance and no cats/horses) with discussion of / assistance locating / and practice of:

  • finding calm within chaos (a deeper level of mindfulness)

  • processing emotions/thoughts that are coming up

  • adult colouring/journalling/mandalas/painting/creative expression of some sort

  • practicing positions and breathing patterns for labour

  • massage (outsourced if possible)

  • deep connection with partner(s) (where applicable)

  • prepare a Birth Preferences Document

  • practice holding/feeding/changing newborn baby

 

NO BIRTH SUPPORT - THIS PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE ME BEING ON CALL - IT WOULD BE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR THAT BUT IT COULD CERTAINLY BE WORKED OUT!

 

- Weekly Postpartum Sessions during the first six weeks with discussion of / assistance locating:

  • mental health postpartum (outsourced as necessary)

  • physical recovery (outsourced as necessary)

  • getting back to exercise

  • nutrition postpartum / nutrition lactating if applicable (outsourced)

  • breastfeeding assistance (if applicable)

  • family dynamics - partner (including hormones' effect on intimacy), siblings, grandparents, etc.

  • processing your Birth Story

  • newborn's differing characteristics and what to do (if anything) about them

  • ritual in your own faith (can be done before or after the birth)
